The OpenSAF source tree has been tagged for Release Candidate 2 (RC2).
The report, "Tickets that MUST be solved before 4.0.0-RC3/GA" ( https://devel.opensaf.org/report/21) will continue to be used to track Tickets. When submitting ticket that you intend to have address in RC2, please use the version tag "4.0-RC2", and set the priority to either "blocker" or "critical".
The 4.0.RC2 archive can be found at: http://download.opensaf.org/releases/opensaf-4.0.RC2.tar.gz
RC2 will be tested for a minimum of 1 week. If no new critical or blocker tickets are submitted in that time, the source tree will be tagged for GA. Please refer to the Release 4 Change Control and Release Metrics document at: ( https://devel.opensaf.org/wiki/R4_Change_Control_and_Release_Metrics) for a detailed description of the project management objects for the remainder of Release 4.

- Avsv: propagation of SAF header corrections(#1421, #1422)
- smfsv:OpenSafSmfConfig attributes made writable (#1429)
- RDN type changed from SA_NAME_T to SA_STRING_T #1417
- ntfsv: ntftest cleanup compiler warnings #1418
- java: added java file entires to the rpm spec. (fixes #1415)
- EDSv/GLSv: Corrected the CreationTimeStamp attribute name to match the spec #1416
- amf_demo_script adjusted to start /opt/amf_demo/amf_demo binary (demos don't work without it)
