Guidelines for modifying a ticket

When modifying a defect ticket make sure you're addressing the following instructions:

• If you are closing a ticket, make sure that the comment section captures the Mercurial changeset fixing the ticket. If this is a bug fix targeting a released version, make sure that each branch changesets are listed under the branch names (e.g. opensaf-x.x-bugfix-staging, opensaf-staging)
